Sometimes you have to go straight to the source. Whether you are looking for a spot to catch up with some old friends, make some new ones, get some work done, or forget about work all together, we’ve got you.
Our taproom is kid-friendly and has small menu of pub fare like fries, soft pretzels, and savory pies, plus pizzas, pastas, and salads available from our neighbors at Il Forno .Or you can always BYO food if you prefer. Pets are welcome on our patio. Check out our FAQs for more info.

We have a small selection of European style pub fare, or you are always welcome to order from our neighbors at Il Forno (check their business hours for availability), or bring in any outside food. Plus, be sure to check our events page or follow us on Instagram for special food pop-ups!
Our Beers
We are predominantly inspired by Belgian-style beers (trappist, farmhouse, and saison). Belgian beers are multi-faceted, diverse, expressive, and complex. Just as humans are. Our brewery hopes to instill an appreciation of these qualities in beer and in each other. Therefore, it seemed more than fitting for our name to be pulled from the motto of Belgium, "L'Union Fait La Force," which paraphrased means "strength in unity" or "unity makes strength."
We also love to brew other classic European styles, as well as a few American styles (read IPAs). Our primary goal is to continue to brew beers that are rooted in Belgian and European Brewing tradition, while pushing the boundaries of predictability and familiarity.

Our aim is to create a space and experience that is inclusive and appeals to all drinkers on the craft beer spectrum. We also strive to operate our business in a way that enhances the community and works alongside it, not against it. We value representation, equality, fairness, and justice. We want to expand minds and expand palettes, not just through beer, but through art, music, and showcasing the work of our talented and creative neighbors. No matter who you are, when you walk into our taproom, we want you to know and feel that you belong.
